House Rules

1.No SMOKING and/or VAPING inside the property
2.No Illegal Substances allowed on the property
3.No Loud Music or Noise after 10PM during the week and 12 midnight on the weekends
4.No Parties or Events
5.No Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms
6.No Pets allowed in the premises
7.No Outside Guests allowed on the premise unless authorized by the Owner, which will result in an additional cost
8.No Overnight Guests allowed on the premise unless authorized by the Owner, which will result in an additional cost
9.Please take care of the furnishings. Damages to any furniture will exceed the Security Deposit
10.Do Not rearrange the furniture
11.Upon Check out no dirty dishes left in the sink
12.Remove all garbage from garbage bins and leave on Curb

Immediate Charges To Guests

1.Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and comes with stiff penalty cost.
2.USD$300 charge for smoking inside the property.
3.USD$80 late check-out, subject to availability.
4.USD$80 early check-in, subject to availability.
5.USD$50 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in sink.
6.USD$50 charge for garbage left inside the apartment.
7.USD$20 charge per towel for avoidable stains left on the towel.
8.USD$25 charge per night, per extra guest.
9.USD$300 for tampering with Cameras on premises.
10.US$100 for lost keys.
